I had a fantastic experience here while looking for my first car! The staff was incredibly patient and understanding, guiding me through the process like pros. They really took the time to explain various features and options, which was super helpful since I was a bit clueless. I found a great little hatchback that was in great shape and priced reasonably. What impressed me most was how they encouraged me to take my time and really make the right choice; there was no rush at all. I also appreciated their commitment to customer service; even after the sale, they followed up to check in and make sure I was happy with my purchase. The only thing I’d suggest is having a better lounge area for customers waiting for their cars to be prepped; it could use a few more comfortable seats or refreshments.
